When you first think of saint patrick’s day, you will probably think of lucky charms, luck of the irish, and leprechauns. But if you can still remember, there is a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow. But if you look it up, there really is no gold at the end of any rainbow. No one has ever found gold at the end of a rainbow because a rainbow is an optical illusion and does not actually have an “end” where you could find treasure; the idea of a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow is simply a myth. Some surprising facts that you might not know are that, according to history.com, it says that “the real st.patrick was born in britain.” Crazy to think that the st.patrick was fully irish when he wasn’t even born there. Another crazy thing is that st.patrick wore blue not green. I know you probably don’t believe this. Click on these sites if you don’t believe me.

Something that you will probably think I’m lying at this point is that “Patrick wasn’t even St. Patrick’s given name St. Patrick’s given name was Maewyn Succat. It wasn’t until he became a priest that he adopted a new name – Patrick, after Patricius (which relates to the Latin root meaning father).” If you haven’t already heard of this, a man found a note inside of a lucky charms box. They had to contact the FBI and it was on the news.
